We helped a Swedish customer
A Swedish customer signed an International trade contract with a new energy automobile company in Yangzhou, China on September 5, 2018. The contract stipulates that the seller needs to ship the goods within 35 days after the buyer pays the deposit. The Swedish buyer paid a 30% deposit to Yangzhou Company on September 6, 2018. After receiving the deposit, the Yangzhou Company delayed for 8 months without shipping the goods. The Swedish customer contacted our law firm in June 2019 and entrusted us to handle the case. With the help of our lawyers, the Yangzhou Company returned the full deposit on August 5, 2019.
